About
Joelle Seal is a masters graduate from the University of Regina School of Journalism. She was born and raised in Regina, Sask. She also completed her undergraduate degree in history at the University of Regina. She is interested in reporting on environmental issues, covering the beat during her time at the School of Journalism.
